What you’ll lead
In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering an inclusive, accountable and high‑performing culture in a complex regulatory environment.

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a senior leader who can connect strategy, technology and public value.
You will bring:

  • Senior leadership experience across data, digital, ICT or technology‑enabled transformation in a complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data, digital platforms and system governance, including privacy, cyber security and ethical data use.
  • Experience delivering large‑scale digital or systems transformation, from strategy through to implementation and benefits realisation.
  • The ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, providing clear, evidence‑based advice in complex environments.
  • A collaborative leadership style that builds trust, capability and momentum through change.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in IT, digital, engineering, data or a related discipline.

Experience in a regulatory environment is not essential—what matters is your ability to lead specialists, manage complexity and deliver secure, future‑focused digital capability.
