About the Role
- Position: Disability Support Worker
- Employment type: Permanent Part Time
- Work location: Scope Syndal Social Connections
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 9am to 3pm (30 mins unpaid break)
- Total hours per fortnight: 55
About You
- Ability to support participants with daily living activities while ensuring safe and confident engagement within the community.
- A collaborative team member who contributes to Scope’s Day Program by supporting access, inclusion, and participation for adults with disabilities.
- Experience supporting clients to achieve their personal goals, hobbies, and interests through a person‑centred approach, including activities such as sports and games, art and crafts, and community outings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive, welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and external service providers.
