The Role
This position sits within Business Services and is ideal for someone with 5+ years’ experience in public practice who enjoys taking ownership and leading from the front. You’ll be the key point of contact for your clients, combining technical expertise with commercial insight and a genuine advisory mindset.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing your own client portfolio with full ownership
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering compliance work across financial statements and tax
- Providing advisory services including forecasting and cash flow support
- Leading client conversations with confidence and empathy
- Mentoring and reviewing junior team members
